F\u0103r\u0103 implicarea participan\u021bilor, contextul nonformal nu exist\u0103. El nu este sus\u021binut dec\u00e2t de dinamica dintre nevoile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i pasiunea de a \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219i. Grija pentru a \u00een\u021belege experien\u021ba de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare a participan\u021bilor este, prin urmare, maxim\u0103. Atingerea unui grad mare de implicare este, pentru orice context nonformal, o strategie de supravie\u021buire mai mult dec\u00e2t un simplu deziderat.<br \/>\nTimp de 12 ani am fost prezen\u021bi prin Centrul Babel \u0219i Asocia\u021bia Babel Education \u00een mediul nonformal. Lec\u021biile despre implicare \u0219i cum poate fi ea sus\u021binut\u0103 au venit cu fiecare experien\u021b\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare creat\u0103, cu fiecare experien\u021b\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare tr\u0103it\u0103. Continuitatea Babel se datoreaz\u0103 cuv\u00e2ntului VREAU rostit at\u00e2t de facilitatori c\u00e2t \u0219i de cursan\u021bi \u00een momentul \u00een care rela\u021bia de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u00eencepe. O cu totul alt\u0103 energie dec\u00e2t cea a cuv\u00e2ntului TREBUIE.<br \/>\nCum poate fi aceast\u0103 energie a implic\u0103rii sus\u021binut\u0103 \u0219i \u00eentr-un cadru formal, \u00eentr-o \u0219coal\u0103? La aceast\u0103 \u00eentrebare ne dorim s\u0103 g\u0103sim r\u0103spunsul la \u0218coala Primar\u0103 Babel, iar la lec\u021biile \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate din experien\u021b\u0103 ad\u0103ug\u0103m acum cadrul teoretic al \u00cenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii Experien\u021biale, cadru ce graviteaz\u0103 \u00eenjurul ideii de IMPLICARE. Prin proiectul Eduvision finan\u021bat prin Erasmus+ am avut ocazia s\u0103 vedem \u00een realitate cum nonformalul \u0219i formalul se reunesc \u00een \u0219colile experien\u021biale din Olanda, \u0219coli ce au \u00een\u021beles s\u0103 pun\u0103 implicarea pe primul loc.<br \/>\nProf. Ferre Laevers, coordonatorul centrului de \u00cenv\u0103\u021bare Experien\u021bial\u0103 din cadrul Universit\u0103\u021bii Regale din Leuven (Belgia) scria \u201cDac\u0103 ne dorim o \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare fundamental\u0103, nu putem s\u0103 ajungem la acest deziderat f\u0103r\u0103 implicare. Implicarea nu este acea stare de satisfac\u021bie provocat\u0103 de simpla distrac\u021bie. Ce este crucial legat de implicare este faptul c\u0103 ea are ca surs\u0103 dorin\u021ba de explorare a lumii, nevoia de a \u00een\u021belege realitatea, interesul autentic pentru cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 lumea obiectelor \u0219i a oamenilor\u201d<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Care sunt ingredientele de baz\u0103 ale implic\u0103rii?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a \u00een\u021belege cum se poate ajunge la un grad mare de implicare este necesar s\u0103 vedem umanitatea fiec\u0103ruia, umanitate ce ne aduce pe to\u021bi \u00eempreun\u0103, copii \u0219i adu\u021bi, \u00een jurul unui set de nevoi pe care le \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219im. C\u00e2nd aceste nevoi sunt satisf\u0103cute, fiin\u021ba uman\u0103 func\u021bioneaz\u0103 la capacitate maxim\u0103, din motiva\u021bie intrinsec\u0103.<br \/>\nDeci \u0219i Ryan, doi cercet\u0103tori ai Universit\u0103\u021bii din Rochester au propus lumii educa\u021biei o structurare a nevoilor \u00een trei categorii: Rela\u021bie, Competen\u021b\u0103, Autonomie. \u00cenv\u0103\u021barea experien\u021bial\u0103 urm\u0103re\u0219te ca procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare s\u0103 ia \u00een considerare aceste trei mari nevoi<br \/>\n\u0219i s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 solu\u021biile practice pentru ca ele s\u0103 fie \u00eent\u00e2mpinate \u00een experien\u021ba oferit\u0103 copiilor \u00een \u0219coli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rela\u021bie<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen momentul \u00een care participantul la \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, fie el copil sau adult, simte c\u0103 este parte din grup, este acceptat \u00een autenticitatea lui, procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare poate s\u0103 dea roade. \u00cen caz contrar, \u00eentreaga energie va merge \u00een direc\u021bia satisfacerii acestei nevoi de baz\u0103 sau \u00een direc\u021bia protec\u021biei \u0219i ridic\u0103rii de ziduri fa\u021b\u0103 de ceilal\u021bi. Ferre Laevers vorbea despre etimologia cuv\u00e2ntului delincvent\u0103 (de-link), deconectare, sentimentul de izolare fa\u021b\u0103 de lume, un sentiment ce blocheaz\u0103 curiozitatea natural\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de mediu (sursa \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii) \u0219i o transform\u0103 \u00een violen\u021b\u0103. \u0218coala trebuie s\u0103 ofere spa\u021biul \u0219i timpul necesar cre\u0103rii de rela\u021bii de acceptare \u00eentre copii, \u00eentre copii \u0219i adul\u021bi. Rela\u021bia este o condi\u021bie a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii. Ideea de excludere sau ierahizarea importan\u021bei membrilor comunit\u0103\u021bii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare are efecte deosebit de nocive la nivelul implic\u0103rii pentru cei r\u0103ma\u0219i \u00een afara grupului sau eticheta\u021bi pentru diferen\u021bele lor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Competen\u021b\u0103<\/strong><br \/>\nFiecare om dore\u0219te s\u0103 aib\u0103 spa\u021biul de a-\u0219i ar\u0103ta competen\u021ba. Pentru copii, acest lucru este de o deosebit\u0103 importan\u021b\u0103. Compara\u021bia cu adul\u021bii din jurul lor, discursul societ\u0103\u021bii despre copii, a\u0219tept\u0103rile uneori exagerate ale familiei conduc la o stare de inadecvare frustrant\u0103 . Fiecare copil poate s\u0103 fac\u0103 m\u0103car o p\u0103rticic\u0103 dintr-o compenten\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de acolo trebuie pornit \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare.\u00e2<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Autonomie<\/strong><br \/>\nDiferen\u021bele dintre formal \u0219i nonformal intervin mai ales \u00een acest punct. Responsabilitatea asumat\u0103 de un sistem formal \u00een formarea viitorilor adul\u021bi este at\u00e2t de mare \u00eenc\u00e2t nu pare a putea fi \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 cu to\u021bi participan\u021bii la proces. Mai ales cu copiii\u2026..Drept urmare, autonomia acestora este \u021binut\u0103 la minim pentru a nu afecta rezultatele. Paradoxul este c\u0103, exact din acest motiv, rezultatele (competen\u021bele) nu sunt cele dorite. Practicile \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii experien\u021biale au un focus deosebit pe autonomie, l\u0103s\u00e2nd spa\u021biu de decizie \u0219i ini\u021biativ\u0103 copiilor \u00een propria \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Autonomia merge \u00eens\u0103 m\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103 cu responsabilitatea. Fiecare copil prime\u0219te libertatea de care poate fi responsabil. Astfel, \u00een \u0219colile experien\u021biale se lucreaz\u0103 cu instrumentul denumit contract. Copilul \u00ee\u0219i asum\u0103 anumite responabilit\u0103\u021bi pe care le \u00eendepline\u0219te \u00een moduri ce r\u0103m\u00e2n la latitudinea lui. \u00cen cazul \u00een care responsabilit\u0103\u021bile nu sunt \u00eendeplinite, modul de \u00eendeplinire nu mai este la alegere \u0219i se revine la activit\u0103\u021bi controlate \u00eendeaproape de profesor.<br \/>\nAten\u021bia deosebit\u0103 acordat\u0103 acestor trei nevoi se poate realiza doar prin stabilirea unui dialog empatic \u00eentre cadrul didactic \u0219i copil. \u00cenv\u0103\u021b\u0103torul trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 acces la felul \u00een care copilul tr\u0103ie\u0219te experien\u021ba de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare pentru a putea evalua \u00een ce fel cele trei nevoi sunt \u00eent\u00e2mpinate, pentru a putea \u00een\u021belege implicarea copilului. \u00cenv\u0103\u021barea experien\u021bial\u0103 nu este doar \u00eencercarea de a conecta \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea la via\u021ba real\u0103, ci mai ales \u00eencercarea de a fi con\u0219tien\u021bi, ca dasc\u0103li, de ceea ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een interiorul copilului \u00een procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, de a fi conectati cu punctul de vedere \u0219i experien\u021ba copilului prin empatie.<br \/>\nEforturile centrului de \u00cenv\u0103\u0163are Experien\u021bial\u0103 de a transpune \u00een realitatea \u0219colilor o altfel de calitate a procesului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, o calitate ce se m\u0103soar\u0103 \u00een primul r\u00e2nd prin implicarea copiilor \u0219i apoi rezultatele au dus la c\u00e2teva instrumente practice pentru cadrele didactice.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scara Leuven de evaluare a implic\u0103rii \u0219i st\u0103rii de bine.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cadrele didactice o pot folosi pentru a identifica nevoi de interven\u021bie atunci c\u00e2nd se observ\u0103 un grad de implicare mai mic de 4 din 5.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>10 puncte de ac\u021biune<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen momentul \u00een care educatorul observ\u0103 un grad de implicare sc\u0103zut al unuicopil sau al mai multor copii, poate reflecta pe baza acestor puncte \u0219i stabili care ar fi cea mai potrivit\u0103 interven\u021bie:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Rearanjarea clasei \u0219i crearea de col\u021buri atractive sau arii noi de lucru<br \/>\n2. Analizarea con\u021binuturilor \u0219i verificarea gradului de provocare pe care \u00eel presupun<br \/>\n3. Introducerea de materiale noi sau neconven\u021bionale.<br \/>\n4. Identificarea intereselor copilului \u0219i oferirea de activit\u0103\u021bi pe baza acestora<br \/>\n5. Sus\u021binerea activit\u0103\u021bilor prin surse de informare interesante \u0219i stimulatoare<br \/>\n6. L\u0103rgirea posibilit\u0103\u021bilor de ini\u021biativ\u0103 proprie a copilului \u0219i sus\u021binerea lor prin \u00een\u021belegeri clare<br \/>\n7. \u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii rela\u021biilor copii-copii, copii-profesor<br \/>\n8. Introducerea de activit\u0103\u021bi ce \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe copii s\u0103 exploreze lumea comportamentelor, sentimentelor \u0219i valorilor<br \/>\n9. Identificarea copiilor cu problem emo\u021bionale \u0219i g\u0103sirea de interven\u021bii sus\u021binute \u00een colaborare cu familia \u0219i psihologi<br \/>\n10. Identificarea copiilor cu nevoi speciale de dezvoltare \u0219i planificarea unor interven\u021bii sus\u021binute care s\u0103 duc\u0103 la reimplicarea lor \u00een procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7 factori care influen\u021beaz\u0103 implicarea<\/strong><br \/>\nTot pentru reflec\u021bia personal\u0103 a cadrului didactic, \u00eentrebarea: ,,Ofer \u00een practica mea spa\u021biu pentru ace\u0219ti 7 factori?\u201d poate duce la strategii u\u0219or de implementat pentru cre\u0219terea implic\u0103rii. Cei 7 factori descri\u0219i de Ferre Laevers sunt:<br \/>\n1. Apropierea de realitate.<br \/>\n2. Exprimarea copiilor<br \/>\n3. Cum s\u0103 facem s\u0103 aducem acea energie din \u0218coala Altfel \u00een \u0219coala de zi cu zi?
